For the last few months, adding a Twitter card to my Weebly site has not worked. The wrong image always appears, and now there is also only the first word of the content and description showing up.

It looks like you may have a syntax error - the quotes you’re pasting in are “ curly quotes instead of " ASCII double quotes.
You also have duplicate meta tags specifying the image, so it might be picking the wrong one there.
