Bob can still send @ replies to Alice.
Alice won’t see the replies unless she specifically searches for them - or is alerted to them because a mutual acquaintance @ replies to both Alice and Bob.
Should our clients block Bob from sending a Tweet containing an @ reply to Alice?
Should the Twitter API block these messages from being sent?
