Share Button Not Sharing Images

Hey all!

So I noticed recently that my wordpress website’s share button does not have the functionality of sharing the featured image with it. I made sure my site’s meta info worked with the card validator so I’m not sure what else to do at this point.

This is the output I’m getting:
INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 14 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = summary tag found
INFO: Card loaded successfully

I checked out a few other website to see if their share button functioned the same way and they did, no images. So did this feature go away or am I doing it wrong?

There is a misunderstanding on my part. The image doesn’t show in the preview popup window that you click to share the article. So I assumed there would be no image in the tweet but after trying it, it shows just fine with the image on my twitter feed.
