Setting Up ID Sync

I have just finished setting up and ID sync endpoint + related architecture to populate the relevant reports according to the following documentation: https://dev.twitter.com/ads/audiences/web.

Looking to get in contact with a technical rep to get the ball rolling on this. The Help? Ticket in the ads UI gives the question to a Team who does ‘not support the Twitter API’. Not sure what the best way to get into contact with Partner Engineering team would be.

Any form of ID sync requires offline support which normally kicks off via talks between Partner Managers/Technical Program Managers and partner. Please request this support with your program managers contacts.
