Server banned?

Hi guys:

It appears that Twitter banned my server…because I can’t retrieve latest tweets on my site (Timed out), but, exactly the same code on other server works good. Can any employee check this please? And let me know why I’m blocked? :S

I saw other topics with same problems, and without response…so… Do Twitter employees read this and help users? or not?
