Sending tweets to a commercial partner

We would like to add to our dashboard a widget developed by another company and we would have to send to their API the tweets we collected. As the tweets will only be processed to generate the widget, is this still compliant with the Twitter Policies (mainly the section 1.4 of the terms) ?
