Sending my posts from my web sites ( english and french) to my twitter account

My web site www. votre-administrateur.com exists in 2 versions french & english.
Today my posts on the french web site are redirected to my twitter account; I would like to do the same with the english site and therefore sending my info to the same twitter account
How doing that??
