Is it against the Twitter TOS to sell Twitter followers? I’ve been seeing a lot of resources offering this lately. Can somebody point out to me where exactly in the Twitter TOS can I find this please.

4th bullet point under “Spam and Abuse” (1/4 way down page): “Selling user names: You may not buy or sell Twitter usernames.”
