Selling an app based on the Streaming API

So I’ve made a website that is based on the Streaming API, getting Tweets from 5000 sportspeople and categorising them etc etc. I was wondering if I built a mobile app to go with it, if I could charge 69p for it to try to cover my server costs?

There are certainly for-pay apps which use Twitter data, although they must follow the rules all apps are subject to for continued access to the API. You should review the API Terms: https://dev.twitter.com/terms/api-terms and the Display Requirements: https://dev.twitter.com/terms/display-requirements to determine whether your service is in compliance.
