Searching for tweets containing string N characters long

How can i find tweets that contain a string that is N characters long?
For example i want to find recent tweets that contain a md5 hash (md5’s are 32 characters).

Would i use a wild-card in my search? Such as this ********************************

I am wanting to find tweets similar to this one bellow:

The Search API itself won’t be able to help you well with this project, but if you try the sample stream from the streaming API, you can listen to a random sample of all public tweets and use your own logic to extract tweets that match this kind of criteria. See [node:10390].
