Search user api return improper response

I tried user search (https://api.twitter.com/1.1/users/search.json?q=%40daaa_tamilan_) with this value.

But i got response for screen name=DaaaTamilan

Response mentioned below

Hi @janakiramanmp. It looks like you’re wanting to search a specific user with the Search API. Try using the Users/Show endpoint so it looks like this:

https://api.twitter.com/1.1/users/show.json?screen_name=%40Daaa_Tamilan_

No, if you want a specific user, use /show:

This is specified in the docs for search: Exact match searches are not supported.
