Hi all,
I’m trying to retrieve tweets for specific users. I pass the id or handle to retrieve a user’s tweets. I was wondering if there is a way to use people’s name or keywords in profile to find a twitter handle. Thank you very much.

No, not in v2 API. If you have Academic Access, you can try the Filter Stream rules for bio: operator - but this will only get new tweets as they are posted, you can’t search using this.
