Search/tweets.json failing

Hello guys!

I was making a request to search/tweets from my iOS app with the following params:

["count": "20", "q":"@alaphao", "from":"testetweettt"]

Some days ago it was working perfectly, but now it is returning 0 tweets.

EDIT:
A friend told me that search/tweets do not show all tweets.
Anyone have any idea of how would be the right way for me to do that query?
