Hey Folks! I am working on twitter analysis and want to know, how can sort tweets by date in ascending order.
Please let me know.
result_type=recent will sort GET search/tweets by most recent first. This is the only way to get results sorted by time.

As I said that’s the only time based order available. Your other option is to get all the results and sort then yourself.
Bear in mind you can only get the last 7 days with search
