I get the tweets from the Search REST API 1.1.
All of tweets I get have the “Geo” empty.
Why? How can I know the location of the tweets?

The option to geo-tag a Tweet is left to the user when a Tweet is posted. Only a very small percentage of users choose to add geo information to their Tweets - so in this case your search may just not be including any results which have been geotagged. Typically < 5% of Tweets carry this information.
