I’m trying to search tweets in a specific area, however I get the same results with geocode parameter and without it. So, I think that searches using geocode parameter not working correctly.
For example: https://api.twitter.com/1.1/search/tweets.json?q=hola&geocode=40.07,-4.50,600km&result_type=popular&count=10 (with geocode param)
shows the same tweets that
https://api.twitter.com/1.1/search/tweets.json?q=hola&result_type=popular&count=10 (without geocode param)
Any idea?
There are similar issues in these forums w/ the geocode param stretching back to 2011. Has this thing ever worked??
