Hi,

There are some online services which provides the service of scraping twitter using twitter advanced search. Is it okay to use them to get some historical tweets? One of such service is https://cloud.scrapehero.com . Is it okay to use this service to get historical tweets?

It looks like they’re just getting the html from the search page - i wouldn’t rely on this - scraping like this is against the TOS, and likely to be blocked, and the results you get are not complete or reliable - as the web interface scraped does not show all tweets, only a subset of the most relevant ones.

Correct, any app or service that does this is against the terms of service and the data they provide will be limited
