We are getting the following error for one our clients’ accounts:

This is possibly related to a similar issue we were experiencing last year, since that thread is now closed I’ve opened this one instead.

Do you know which Twitter handle account your token belongs to? user_id: 940654269224685568 is actually @LimeARita. Are you using this user’s token? If so, it seems like this user doesn’t have access to the Ads account ID 18ce54nkk16 in question. Could you please double-check on this?

This client has many accounts and they are all under this user: @CIPdigital
We are using that user’s token.
I believe this is the user id: 996498637449506816

It looks like the owner user was suspended somehow and hence you’re hitting the error. Could you please file a ticket through Appeal a locked or suspended account for its recovery?

Just to be clear are we talking about CIPdigital user or LimeARita?
CIPdigita is working for other accounts so I’m assuming LimeARita but just want to be clear.

I meant LimeARita. Since this Ads account was originally created through this user seems like. Let me know if that’s wrong.

Just wanted to inform that I’ve contacted the client with the suggestion regarding the suspended user and am waiting for their response.
Will update as soon as I have new information.

The user is apparently no longer connected to the authenticated account and that is probably the reason this happens.
Once the customers reconnect the account we can be 100% sure if that was the issue.

Thanks for the assistance I’ll update here if the customer makes the connection within 14 days.
