When sharing a link with any RTL languages created summary card has the following problems:

If words in title or description of card are mixture of both RTL and LTR language the text totally become messed up and unreadable e.g. خرید گوشی موبایل Samsung به قمیت روز

If words in title or description of card are RTL only, although its readable but text aligned to left side of card, which is not standard for RTL language.
Environment
Tested on both RTL twitter language setting (Persian) and LTR (English) twitter’s language setting both have same results.

Suggested solutions:

Smart: twitter automatically detects page direction from HTML tag <HTML dir='rtl' lang="fa-IR" .... > and save summary card as RTL summary card

Manual: force users to define if the site/page is RTL with meta in site’s header like this:
<meta name="twitter:direction" content="rtl"> and again save summary card as RTL summary card
