I would like to create an RSS/Atom feed of my favorited tweets, so that I can access them via Google Reader/NetNewsWire for later reading. I've searched and searched on Google, and I can't seem to find a solution. Please help!
[node:20] currently supports RSS. If the account is public, you can just use a URL like this to retrieve a RSS feed of the account's favorites:
How many favourite tweets can be retrieved at any one time ? Is there a limit ?
User timeline, Twitter search, and user favorite RSS feeds can now be generated with Pixsy using the following commands:
Twitter Search Feed:
.twitter -rss [enter search term(s)]
Twitter User Timeline Feed:
.twitter -rss-u [enter Twitter user]
Twitter User Favorites Feed:
.twitter -rss-f [enter Twitter user]
This generates encoded URL's that you can enter into your feed reader. Hope that this helps! You can find Pixsy at http://www.pixsy.net/.
If we use this method
will it return all of the favorites for the given screen_name or is the considered an api call as well?
It's an API call, with RSS as the output format. This endpoint is now deprecated and will cease functioning in March 2013.
Is it possible to create an rss with new followers?
Obrigado pela dica vou tentar acertar.

I note this solution does not work any more: https://api.twitter.com/1/favorites.rss?screen_name=k8dodgery
Is there an alternative? I want the feed for a Twitter search, for example: http://search.twitter.com/search.rss?q=Singularity which worked a few days ago but it has stopped now.
Currently am facing problem with twiter api it give error witter REST API v1 is no longer active. Please migrate to API v1.1. https://dev.twitter.com/docs/api/1.1/overview
and second error is "Bad Authentication data" code:215 if I am trying to use 1.1 api.
I just want to get twitter feed from user name how and what I have to do for all this? Please help.
API v1, which is now retired, allowed requests without providing a form of authentication. API v1.1 requires a form of authentication for every request. See [node:10639] for an overview of the differences. Application-only auth is generally the simplest possible solution for some folks.
there is a service, fav2feed.com that gives you a feed of your faved tweets. easy as hell
