Revoking Access to 3rd Party Apps via the API

I’ve been noticing a trend in the users I follow. When I get SPAM DMs from them, I don’t just Block and Unfollow them, because I know they aren’t the culprit. Although I’m sure some are physically hacked, I presume most of them are the victim of a Trojan APP.

That leads me this series of questions:

1. Is there a way to get a list of 3rd Party Applications that the user has Authorized? (As well as all info related to it, such as Date Authorized, URL, Permission Level, etc.)
2. Is it possible to create an APP that will Revoke the Access of Specific 3rd Party APPs?

I have searched through API version 1 and API version 1.1 and could not find anything.

No, these kind of resources and the permission to manipulate them are not available in the API.

it would be nice to offer our users an easy way to unlink their twitter account from our system.
