A few weeks ago we’ve requested reverse auth permission. It was approved some days later and it worked like a charm. Only now it is not working anymore. I get this message: “Client is not permitted to perform this action”. I’ve already contacted the helpdesk and tried to write a message to our previous ticket, but they couldn’t help me out and the previous ticket was already closed.
Just to note: a colleague of me reset the auth keys, so it might be due to that.
