The following get request seems to return and internal server error with code 131 and the http status was 500.

Looks like it might have started doing this early this morning. Unfortunately I did not log any times for these errors. The request was remade multiple times without success and twitter api status says everything is operational. Looks like everything is working again but I have seen this error pop up on bug reports all the way back to 2012.

This is usually a temporary error caused by an internal backend issue (for example, traffic being rerouted for load). The standard API does not offer a specific reliability metric. The chances are that if you try this several hours later, you will be successful.
