Location and Text Input Quick Replies were retired on February 18, 2018, but are still documented at https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api/v1/direct-messages/quick-replies/api-reference/location and https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api/v1/direct-messages/quick-replies/api-reference/text-input, respectively.
Also, location and text_input are still documented as Quick Reply types on POST direct_messages/events/new (message_create) | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform, even though passing them as types now errors with a 214 code and “event.message_create.message_data.quick_reply: Unknown quick_reply type” message.
