Reset my Twitter API | Error messages

Hello,

I keep receiving this message when trying to use the website justunfollow.com:

“You have crossed your twitter api rate limit. Please try after 15 minutes. Retry”

It’s been stuck at that for the past week, how can I fix it?

I paid to use their services and Twitter is taking away my membership days I have left by this nonsense…
