Required Meta Tag Missing - twitter:text:description

Hi. I’m building a website and I can’t pass in the card validator.

INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 28 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = summary tag found
ERROR: Required meta tag missing (twitter:text:description)
ERROR: Required meta tag missing (twitter:text:title)

My website url is: https://dev.powelearning.com/ … if you inspect you’ll se values like:

I can’t see where I’m wrong, and also why the log is saying that twitter:text:title is required since the tag is twitter:title.

Any thoughts?

I just checked it using curl -A Twitterbot and I see:

<meta property="twitter:card" content="summary">
<meta property="twitter:url" content="">
<meta property="twitter:site" content="@POWeLearning">
<meta property="twitter:title" content="">
<meta property="twitter:description" content="">
<meta property="twitter:image" content="">

Most of the tags are empty, which is what is causing this error. Note that the cards crawler is unable to execute Javascript to populate any dynamic tags.
