Request to move developer accounts

Hi, in order to respond to the retiring of the User and Site Streams APIs on 16/08/2018 my company have developed a new web app to work with the Premium Account Activity API, to ensure our current Twitter solution continues functioning.

Unfortunately we applied for a developer account on the twitter account @CGChirp, rather than the Twitter account that currently owns our exisitng Twitter App (@OpsStorm). Is it possible to have the developer account with access to the Account Activity API moved to our @OpsStorm account?

We received no response from twitter on this and were forced to change our backend user to CGChirp.

Couldn’t you guys also apply with @OpsStorm? I mean you have no apps in this account, explain your use case, you get approved, then remove the app on the wrong account and create it in the new one. Just curious to see what stopped you to apply for the right account?

We did apply with @OpsStorm with the intention of doing what you just described, however we did not get a response in time for the UserStreams api shutdonw on 16/08/2018.
For background we already have an older app using UserStreams and FilteredStreams on @OpsStorm that is used as part of a production solution that we have customers live on.

Hello @OpsStorm,

I’m sorry for the delayed response here. At this time, there is no way to transfer products from one developer account to another. However, if you set up your @CGChirp account as an organization account, you can add @OpsStorm as an administrator to allow that handle to access the product.
