One of the features of the soon to be deprecated Streams API was the fact that we could get a users tweets without requiring full access from the user. When migrating to the recommended Account Activity API it appears that we must request full access from our users before we’ll get notified of tweet related events on their accounts. I find this to be a serious gap in the AAAPI and I am hoping this is a feature to be added very soon or simply ignorance on my part. Is this a legitimate gap with the AAAPI or something I’m not understanding correctly? If it is a gap is this on the roadmap to be addressed anytime soon?
