Request for Elevated POST Access

Hi there

Recently our users report that cannot tweet on our app. Here is the error we captured:

Read through this post and understand that there are certain steps we can request for Elevated POST Access: Authorized Elevated Post limits but still hitting Daily Status update Limit Error 185 (except on Twurl)

However, when we check API Policy Support Form, option “I would like to apply for elevated POST limits.” is no longer available. Platform

Once your app hits the limits a few times it’ll be enabled otherwise someone at twitter has to enable it manually - but that only allows you to ask for elevation, it won’t actually give you the ability to post more.

The elevation only removes the App level limit (sharing 300 tweets in 3 hours rate limit between all your users). After elevation each individual will have 300 tweets in 3 hours and their own max tweet caps. If they go over this limit, there is no way for you to get this increased.

Good luck, we’ve submitted the request at least 3 times in the last 74 days and have yet to receive any kind of response to our requests.
