Replying fetching for tweet

How i can fetch full conversation using the particular tweet id. i have created tweet though status_update method and i have stored tweet id in my db,so i want how many reply should be there.how i can fetch that

This isn’t available via the public API, the conversations API used on Twitter.com is a private API. Can’t be done unfortunately.

I think what you could do is search for “@username” and display tweets where the in_reply_to_status_id is your tweet ID, but this won’t necessarily return all tweets, and only goes back a certain time.
