As you can see Twitter is counting the reply @artwolkt (125 instead of 135) as being part of the text as opposed to what is mentioned in the Extended Tweet documentation.
Which one should we trust?
The changes to replies have not been released yet. The changes to Tweets yesterday were only in regard to the new attachment_url parameter.
