Account activity api response contains quote_count and reply_count ? Can we use this ? Is is substantial to use?

Yes, you can use these values if you want to. They refer to the number of times a Tweet was quoted, or replied to.

Referencing the thread linked at the top of this one, from Oct '17 - The documentation is still misleading developers. reply_count and quote_count are still shown as accessible in tweet objects from the standard Search API.

It is beyond frustrating to have wasted half a work day due to misleading documentation - especially when the documentation error was pointed out more than six months ago.

The documentation gives zero indication at all that reply_count requires Enterprise API access.
