Can we register webhook using this format below?

https://mydomain.com/index.php/webhook/twitter?tenant_id=1003

we expect Twitter send crc_token GET using like this:
https://mydomain.com/index.php/webhook/twitter?tenant_id=1003&crc_token=blahblahblah
