Regarding tweet content duplication

Continuing the discussion from Tweeting same content in multiple accounts restriction:

Are you providing any library to identify whether the content already posted by the twitter id like you have tweet content length validity check in library itself. So it will be useful to avoi such spams and it equally works like twitter platforms.?

No there are no plans to provide a library for this. It is the responsibility of applications to manage this for themselves. Access to the Twitter API is a privilege, not a right, and requires adherence to the applicable policies.
