Regarding to Suspension of an account

Dear twitter,

We understand that time is valuable for you but we’re still waiting for why our account got suspended.
As for the past several weeks, we have been marketing our products and brands a little more than the past, but in hoping that we can reach out to potential customers.
We want to let you know that we are not spamming of any kind or asking user to return the favor in any way.
At the current moment, we are losing customers along with revenues due to this suspension.
We hope that our account will get reactivated and resolve any problems still occur.

Please let us know what we can do to reactive the account. Or any violations that we did, won’t happen again.
