Redirect url does not have access_token and oauth_verifier

After asking the user to authorize the app,the user is redirected to my website but redirect url does not have oauth_token and oauth_verifier. I have mentioned the callback url on the application settings page and not in the header that I post to twitter. I am not able to figure out the reason for this.

You need to pass an explicit oauth_callback value on the oauth/request_token step, regardless (and either duplicative or more dynamic) of the one you provided on your application record on dev.twitter.com.

Thank you but when I try to include oauth_callback while creating the signature string and also in the header which I am posting to the api, its giving me authentication error : unauthorised.

If I do not include the oauth_callback then everything is working fine except that I am not getting token and verifier in the redirect_url.
