Can you guys not just forward posts made to
https://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/update.json
to
https://api.twitter.com/1.1/statuses/update.json
Everything is the same except for the .1 in the URL.
For us everything else seems to work the same, it is such a simple thing to do and it would go a long way making this much easier (we have a desktop app that needs updating and that takes some time).
