We’re trying to search for the string “M&S”, i.e. we actually want the ampersand character in the string. We get results where the ampersand appears to be a wildcard.
We’ve been testing at search.twitter.com. When we put in either ‘M&S’, or ‘M%26S’ or ‘M&S’ we still get the same wildcard result. The docs say to urlencode, but with M%26S we are…
Any thoughts on this?
