Receiving invalid image error on valid image in twitter:image

We are receiving this error for the twitter:image parameter of a player card:

“Invalid image. This image cannot be fetched”

The URL we are specifying is:

The image loads fine for us everywhere we test it.

Also, we submitted an original player card request for the same domain (iatn.net) approximately 8 weeks ago… no response. Yet we submitted a photo card request today and it was almost immediately approved. How long is the queue?

Answering my own question, it seems that this error will come back if the file is too small? Or maybe not the same dimensions as specified in other meta tags? Once we resized the image being returned, the card validated.

Seems like the error returned should be more explicit.
