Hello,
in my Twitter developer application, I accidentally assigned my account for the bot. Can I somehow reassign the developer account from my account @matydev_ to @TheTeslaBot_?

I don’t think you can, but this is the correct way to do it, your developer account belongs to you, while your bot should authenticate to your app separately. See here: Multiple bot accounts - #2 by IgorBrigadir
