Hi there,

My developer account was denied a while back. Now I have another use case that I need API access for. How do I initiate this process?

My twitter username is roamtransit

Any help appreciated.

At this point in time, we do not allow a Twitter account that has been rejected to reapply. If you have a new use case, please create a new handle and submit an application with said handle.

So I would need a whole new Twitter handle?

i.e. I can’t use roamtransit?

Or could you tell me why my original request was denied maybe?

I strongly feel that the use case we were applying for fell well within the boundaries outlined by your policies.

There were some staffing changes and in the confusion I think we may have just missed an email from you, resulting in our application being denied.
