Thank you for all the info! We’ve heard reports from other partners having issues with audiences when using the TWITTERID or any mobile identifiers e.g., IDFA . We’ve escalated the issue to the necessary internal teams and we’re waiting to hear back. We’ll update this thread once we know more.

Thank you for the update , we will try uploading the usernames at our end as a workaround for now.

@imit8me I can confirm that we tried the workaround of uploading HANDLES instead of TWITTERID and it worked for us

oh alright, has the issue been resolved? We changed the workflow at our end so i’ll have to revert the changes to upload Ids again. let me try that and update you by end of this week, moved on to other items now
