RC4 handshake failure: is RC4 disabled in TLS1.x in Twitter server?

I no longer can have a TLS handshake with Twitter server by using RC4-SHA. Is RC4 totally disabled from TLS1.0, TLS1.1, and TLS1.2?

Yes, RC4 cipher set is disabled. Please update your TLS libraries.
