Our rate limits are documented in the support help pages, and also in the API documentation.

Thanks again for replying.

I have gone through the API rate limits as given by twitter. But, previously I came to know that there is no rate limit as far as sending/POST of Direct Messages are concerned.
I am building an application where I need to send more than 1000 Direct Messages daily and again without any time window limitations.
Also I am not able to see the actual rate limits for GET request regarding DM’s at https://dev.twitter.com/rest/public/rate-limits.

Can you help me in this?

Rate limits for DMs are adaptive due to our antispam rules, but from the support page I linked you’ll see that the max is 1000 per day. I don’t know what the limit is on GET at the moment.
