Rate Limiting Based On IP

We’ve got a new project coming up and our developers were thinking about creating multiple API keys for them to use. To clarify each developer would be using his/her own key for the sake of testing, but given our network configuration, we had some concerns. After reading over the rate limiting documentation we made note of the rate limit per API key/API endpoint we’ll be testing with, but there wasn’t any information regarding the IP address limits. According to our IT staff the network is behind a NAT, so we didn’t want to start throwing red flags if it looked like all this traffic was coming from one IP.

Could someone please explain the limitation on IP addresses and API keys?
