I am seeing “These rate limits apply to the standard API endpoints only, does not apply to premium APIs” in the Standard API document.
What happens when I upgrade the plan to Premium API but I call an API in Standard API like “GET friends/ids”? It is unlimited or still has rate-limit 15 req/15m? What is correct understanding? Thank you so much!
These API are part of the free offering. The premium APIs are separate.
Also, you are looking at v1.1 of the API, which has different rate limits from v2
In either case, upgrading the package doesn’t change the rate limits, only the monthly tweet cap
