I read REST API Rate Limiting in v1.1 (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/rate-limiting/1.1)
and understand like below, is it correct?
- Except typical GET-based requests, all of POST or GET-based requests are allowed for 15 requests.
- But, rate limit for POST-based requests is per user basis(per access token).
- So, If user A launch application Z, and A ends up posting 5 Tweets (using POST statuses/update) with application Z.
- Then the remaining value of requests is 10 requests for Z and any other application, same window of time.
