We’re working on creating a web app using the Twitter API to search tweets by queries (i.e. a search function).
It’s intended to work much like Storify’s curation function where users can search, click and drag tweets into an article to create a list of tweets.
This means every time a user does a search, it will make a request.
Will the Twitter API rate limit interfere with our app? What is the best way to avoid the rate limit problem for an app like this that cannot be solved by caching?
