Rate limit for user calls

Hi

Just to be 100% clear. If I have an application that has users which are authorised/registered with it, I can call GET friends/ids (for example)

1 registered user: 15 calls/15 mins (plus 15 calls/15 mins from the app auth directly)
1,000 registered users: 15,000 calls/15 mins (plus 15 calls/15 mins from the app auth directly)
100,000 registered user: 1,500,000 calls/15 mins (plus 15 calls/15 mins from the app auth directly)

Or have I completely misunderstood how the rate limits work?

I just want to make sure my app works within the guidelines!

Nope, it’s that you can make 15 requests on behalf of each of your users per 15 minutes. There are no multiplier effects.

Sorry Taylor, that’s what I sort of mean (I think).

So if I had ten users, I could make 15 requests using their access tokens over a 15 minute period.

So essentially, over the same 15 minute period:
15 requests logged in as user 1
15 requests logged in as user 2
…
15 requests logged in as user 10
15 requests logged in as the app

A total of 165 requests within a 15 minute period.

Is that correct or am I still just completely wrong? Sorry lol!
