I tried repeatedly to create the app and just succeeded a few mintues ago. I didn’t change anything. No idea why it worked now.

Same thing here, can’t create twitter app… very frustrating twitter, seriously…
First you removed your deadly easy to use API, and forced me to use OAuth (only to get a few tweets?!?).
And now I can’t even get the OAuth details.
Kind of angry. Twitter you’re making my life very difficult

Same issue here. Was asked to register phone number and then, boom.
Doesn’t seem to go away - this all happened yesterday, and I tried again today with the same effect.
I wonder if we are not being blacklisted as the documentation for the “rate limit exceeded” implies…
